To ensure you are using the most up-to-date version of the Fill it Forward App, it’s important to fully close and then re-open it. 

1. Ensure the phone is unlocked and the app is running.

2. Open Carousel View

iPhone: Swipe HALFWAY up from the bottom of the phone.

        Android: Press the MENU button (3 vertical lines, bottom-left of the phone).

3. Swipe away/close the Fill it Forward app window (UP to dismiss and close it).

4. Re-open Fill it Forward app

5. You may need to do this twice.
