Please follow these 3 troubleshooting steps:


  • 1. Clear app caches by going to Account Setting > App Caches 

  • 2. Exit and re-enter your app. (You may need to do this twice). 

  • 3. If steps 1 and 2 do not work, delete and reinstall the app.
